Our first Classic Movie Night with Main Street was a sell-out event! So back by popular demand, and after a vote of the people, we are pleased to present our 2nd Classic Movie Night featuring: The Philidelphia Story!
This classic romantic comedy focuses on Tracy Lord (Katharine Hepburn), a Philadelphia socialite who has split from her husband, C.K. Dexter Haven (Cary Grant), due both to his drinking and to her overly demanding nature. As Tracy prepares to wed the wealthy George Kittredge (John Howard), she crosses paths with both Dexter and prying reporter Macaulay Connor (James Stewart). Unclear about her feelings for all three men, Tracy must decide whom she truly loves.

Join us for a timeless type of night out
in good old Vero!
As our county nears 100 years, we thought we would start celebrating early!
Main Street Vero Beach cordially invites you to dress in your best old-timey clothes and celebrate a classic night of cinema, champagne, and history.
WHEN: Saturday, February 1st, 4pm - 6:00pm
WHERE: The beautiful landmark Majestic 11 Theatre on US 1, just East of Main Street.
WHAT: The evening will start with a glass or two of complimentary champagne, chocolate treats (in honor of Valentine's Day and the romantic themes in the film) and plenty of photo-ops in the theatre.
The concession stand will be open for those interested in popcorn, candy, soft drinks, etc.
Our friends from the Vero Beach Film Festival will join us and share a little history of the film and which later became a broadway musical, and whose actors have stood the test of time.
Come enjoy a classic night out at the movies!

Our movie night will feature a Champagne Toast and some Valentine's chocolate treats. Tell your friends, and enjoy the glamour of old Hollywood and laugh and sigh with your friends and neighbors at this community event. Dressing the part is optional - but a lot of fun!
After the movie - join us for dinner on Main Street at one of our fantastic DownTown restaurants.
All ticket proceeds help support the work of Main Street Vero Beach including the many free events we host all year, and some of our new initiatives to promote and support our Historic DownTown.
